The shareholders of Canadian junior Latitude Uranium have overwhelmingly approved the previously announced arrangement with Atha Energy.
About 99.62% of the votes eligible to be cast at a special meeting held on Tuesday were in favour of the arrangement resolution.
Latitude expects a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice later this week. The Latitude transaction will close in early March.
The arrangement forms part of a three-way merger between Latitude, 92 Energy and Atha, which will see the companies combine to create a Canadian uranium explorer with multi-project exposure across three top uranium jurisdictions.
