Capital starts trading on OTCQX
London-listed mining services company Capital has started trading on the US-based OTCQX Market.
The financial market has 12 000 US and international securities trading.
Capital says upgrading to the OTCQX Market provides transparent trading for US investors, while streamlined market standards enable Capital to use its main listing on the LSE to make information available in the US.
The company says its qualification to trade on the OTXQX reflects Capital’s high financial standards, best practice corporate governance and demonstrated compliance with securities laws.
Capital CEO Peter Stokes hopes the additional trading platform will give a greater number of investors the opportunity to invest in Capital and participate in its growth.
Capital provides a range of mining services to the global minerals industry, including drilling, mining, maintenance and geochemical laboratory services.
The group has operations in Canada, Egypt, Guinea, Kenya, Mali, Mauritania, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tanzania and Côte d'Ivoire.
