PERTH (miningweekly.com) – ASX-listed Perenti subsidiary Barminco has been given a A$30-million contract extension at battery metals miner IGO’s Flying Fox nickel mine, in Western Australia.
Barminco has been the underground mining operator at Flying Fox since the end of 2004, and this contract extends the contract by a nine-month term, effective from January 1, 2023.
The nine-month extension would see Barminco provide all underground drilling, development and mining activities at Flying Fox.
