Nonkululeko Dlamini, who has taken up the position of Transnet CFO, has resigned as nonexecutive director of iron-ore miner Kumba Iron Ore.
Kumba chairperson Dr Mandla Gantsho thanked her for her “invaluable contribution” to the board.
“She will be missed. On behalf of Kumba, I wish Nonkululeko the very best going forward.”
