Khongoni Mining (Pty) Limited (“Khongoni”) has a controlling interest in the Haaskraal Coal Mining Project (“HCMP”) Lephalale (Waterberg), South Africa.
The HCMP has an environmental authorization and the mining right duly granted. The HCMP has large quantities of various grades of high-quality mineable coal (cocking, bituminous and metallurgical coal).
Khongoni seeks to sell its controlling interest in the HCMP and invites offers or expressions of interests from any persons for the purchase of its controlling interest in the HCMP.
Interested parties will be provided access to any information available on the HCMP upon signing a standard non-disclosure agreement with Khongoni enable offers to purchase.
